How do I get there?

Foreigners can buy appartments in Bulgaria.For the purchase of land and houses with land you need to register a company and buy the property on the name of the company.

How do I register a company?
The whole procedure takes about 14 working days.The necessary capital which is needed according to the Bulgarian law is 5000 bg leva or at least 70%(3500 bg leva),which after the registration is transformed into a company current account and can be withdrawn any time. There are registration fees including solicitor fees and Governmental fees.
