The easiest way to reach Bulgaria is by air with direct flights from the UK

The whole procedure takes about 14 working days.The necessary capital which
is needed according to the Bulgarian law is 5000 bg leva or at least 70%(3500 bg
leva),which after the registration is transformed into a company current account
and can be withdrawn any time. There are registration fees including solicitor
fees and Governmental fees.
